Management Consulting - TSI's principals represent significant management consulting expertise in the areas of high level management consulting, restructuring and all phases of management expertise. From this base of experience, TSI provides the client a TOTAL solution. High Level Staff Consulting - Supported by our ESA Engineers division, TSI provides the most highly skilled, and finest staff engineer- ing consultants in the Western Pennsylvania Area. The ESA division's 16 year reputation of excellence in the areas of computer software development, research and development engineering, and staff management have made TSI the best resource for technical consulting answers. Contract Staffing - Under this program each contract employee is hired by TSI to provide the services required by our client. We match clients' requirements against our database of available candidates to find the best suited. Following the matching process, prospective candidates are contacted, the job described, and permission to present their resumes granted. Within 24 hours, the resume is sent to the client company for review. Interviews with selected candidates are set up, and following the selection of a candidate by the client, TSI negotiates a rate for the selected individual. Contract to Direct Contract Placements - Following the same basic structure as a contract staffing assignment, this category affords the client the option to extend an offer of direct hire to the TSI employee, following the completion of a specified term. Many employees prefer the open field experiences and freedom of movement that contract employment offers, while others are more comfortable in a direct employment position. TSI strives to provide each employee with the work environment in which he or she is most comfortable. Direct Recruiting and Placement - This service involves the use of TSI's expertise and database to match employment candidate resumes with available direct job openings in the Pittsburgh and Tri-state area. Representing candidates for direct hire to prospective clients provides them clients with prescreening, employment history and background checks, and job skill matching with the client's requirements. TSI provides direct placement serviced on a 'Fixed Fee Basis', which means that the client company covers all the costs associated with hiring, and TSI provides a guarantee to the client on the chosen candidate.
