Contract Staffing - TSI provides expert contract consultants based on our clients needs for a specified period of time.  Clients benefit from the contract arrangement by paying a flat hourly rate, with no administrative or overhead costs.  TSI is responsible for all costs associated with the contract employees we supply to our clients. 

Contract to Permanent Placements - This program offers clients the option to extend a permanent offer to the TSI employee, following the completion of a specified term; allowing both the consultant and the client to become comfortable before making a permanent commitment.

Direct Recruiting and Placement - TSI offers clients direct hire employment options, providing qualified prescreened candidates based on specific job requirements who are interested in full-time opportunities.   TSI provides direct placement services on a 'Fixed Fee Basis', which means that the client company covers all the costs associated with hiring, and TSI provides a guarantee to the client on the chosen candidate.
